Mayoral position For the mayor s seat, incumbent Kent Guinn is seeking another term. He is being challenged by Manal Fakhoury. District 1 In District 1, incumbent Brent Malever is seeking another term. Attempting to unseat Malever is Barry Mansfield. District 3 In District 3, a third incumbent, Jay A. Musleh, is looking to remain on the council. He is being challenged by Tyler Schlichter and Russell Rusty Juergens. District 4 In District 4, there are six candidates: Kristen Dreyer, Alexander Everts, Barbara Fitos, Lori Gregory, Curtis Jones and Kevin Lopez. This is a special election. The incumbent, Matthew Wardell, typically would not be on the ballot this year, but he has decided to leave the council.
