A Delhi Court on Wednesday, 12 May, granted bail to Matrix Cellular CEO Gaurav Khanna, Vice-President Gaurav Suri and two others in connection with the alleged black-marketing of oxygen concentrators.
The two others – Vikrant and Satish Sethi – are employees of the company.
The order was passed by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket court, Arun Kumar Garg and the bail was subjected to a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and surety of a like amount.
The court granted bail in the case registered after a stock of oxygen concentrators was seized by the Delhi Police from locations in Lodhi Colony and Mehrauli last week. All five accused were arrested by the Delhi Police last week soon after the raids.

New Delhi, May 11 : A Delhi court on Tuesday declined to grant interim protection from coercive action to businessman Navneet Kalra in connection with a case with the seizure of oxygen concentrators from his restaurants.
Kalra had moved the Saket court seeking anticipatory bail in the matter. Special Judge, Saket Courts, Sumit Dass ordered that Kalra s anticipatory bail application be listed before the District and Sessions Judge on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

New Delhi [India], May 11 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Tuesday again refused to grant any interim relief to Navneet Kalra in connection with a case relating to the allegedly hoarding of oxygen concentrators in a restaurant in South Delhi.
Special Judge Sumit Dass also sent Kalra s anticipatory bail application to Saket s District and Sessions Judge to decide an appropriate bench to hear the matter.
The Court said that the file should be marked before Saket s District and Sessions Judge tomorrow.

Intensifying the manhunt for Khan Chacha owner Navneet Kalra in connection with the recovery of 524 oxygen concentrators from his restaurants in the national capital, the Delhi Police on Monday issued a lookout circular against him. Meanwhile, fearing arrest in the alleged oxygen concentrators hoarding case, Navneet Kalra has filed an anticipatory bail plea at a Saket court in Delhi.
The court has asked the Delhi Police to file their reply on the application of Navneet Kalra and the matter will be heard again on Tuesday.
The police have alleged that with help of his friend Gagan Duggal, who stays in London and owns Matrix Cellular, Navneet Kalra was importing oxygen concentrators from foreign countries at a lower price and selling them at triple the price to people in the national capital.
