Show Transcript REPORTER: THE NEW LASER EYE CENTER AT UOFL HEALTH IS ONE OF U OF L HEALTH IS ONE OF JUST 3 MEIDCAL CENTERS IN THE COUNTRY USED TO TRAIN RESIDENTS ON LASER EYE SURGERY PROCEDURES. THE REASON WHY LASER SURGERY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN GLASSES AND CONTACTS IS THAT THERE ARE MAJOR OPTICAL ERRORS OR THE EYE OF THE EYE AND MINOR, AND YOU CANT FIX THAT WILL GLASSES, BUT CAN’T FIX THAT WILL GLASSES, BUT THE LASER CAN DO IT. A laser eye center in Huntsville has a new lens available for people who want to correct their cataracts and better their vision.
Doctors at Laser Eye Center in Huntsville are now able to offer their patients a new cataract corrective lens called the Vivity Lens.
It helps people see far and near in good lighting without contacts or glasses. It also helps with seeing in the dark.
