The Iowa State women’s basketball team’s freshman class was one of the biggest reasons for the Cyclones’ success during the 2020-21 season.
The Cyclones are now losing a key member of that class.
Freshman Kylie Feuerbach, who started 22 games during her first season with the Cyclones, has entered the transfer portal. Feuerbach, a 6-foot guard from Illinois, averaged 5.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game.

She played in 26 games during the season and became a mainstay in the starting lineup alongside fellow freshmen Emily Ryan and Lexi Donarski.
