Accent lands another exclusive distribution deal

Accent Group has secured yet another exclusive distribution deal, this time with accessories brand Herschel.
Founded by brothers Jamie and Lyndon Cormack in 2009, the backpack and bag brand has grown to have a global presence, being sold in over 90 countries through select concept stores, a global online website and a large wholesale customer base.
Accent Group CEO Daniel Agostinelli said the partnership will help cement the brand in the lifestyle brand space. It gives me great pleasure to introduce Herschel to the Accent Group family. Outdoor apparel veteran Jon Hoerauf will join Herschel Supply Co. as the company’s first ever Chief Executive Officer.
Hoerauf shared with Daily Hive that he plans to continue the Vancouver-based global travel lifestyle brand’s growth by focusing on Herschel Supply’s values and vision.

“Herschel has been well-curated and intentional in its first 10 years,” said Hoerauf in an interview with Daily Hive.
“Consumers who experience our products love them and they want a deeper connection with the brand. This allows us many opportunities for the future the key will be to figure out which ones best align with our vision and focus on those.”

VANCOUVER - Herschel Supply Co. is ushering in a new chief executive, freeing up the founders of the backpack brand to focus on product innovation and business expansion.
The Vancouver company tapped former Arc teryx president Jon Hoerauf to take over the role of CEO.
The company says Hoerauf led the outdoor apparel maker to unprecedented global growth after a decade serving as a global product director at the North Face.
