Celebs design their ideal tropical getaway
Tom Allen is to front a new Dave panel show in which comedians will devise their dream desert island.
In The Island, Allen will be joined by fellow comedians Kemah Bob and Jason Forbes to bring reports from the islands the guests are describing to ensure there are no unforeseen circumstances.
For example, say producers Super Best Quality Video Productions, ‘You may think you want your island’s only drink to be Fanta Limon, but what happens when it attracts that swarm of angry bees?’
The format for the shows, which will run for eight hour-long episodes later this year, was devised by comics James Acaster, Ed Gamble, Lloyd Langford and John Robins.
