AUBURN Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader has hired Abby Davis for its Auburn location.
Davis primarily grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Lawton High School in Lawton, Oklahoma. Her four-year tour in the U.S. Coast Guard allowed her some traveling before settling in Maine. She graduated from Hesser College in New Hampshire with an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Her previous employment includes director of Connections Adoptions Services, providing various private and agency adoption services nationwide. Davis lives in Auburn and has three children.
Cameron Community Brass Choir to perform inaugural concert

LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - The Cameron Community Brass Choir will be presenting their inaugural concert Thursday evening.
The choir is a new ensemble made up of Cameron students, high school students from Lawton High School, MacArthur High School, Eisenhower High School, Cache High School and Central High School, and local band directors and hobby musicians.
They will be joined by guest trombonist Dr. John Shanks for the concert.
The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and tickets will be $10 for adults and $8 for senior citizens, military, and K-12 students. Admission is free to CU students, faculty and staff with CU ID.

LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - A Lawton High School freshman got statewide recognition in a poetry performance competition.
Adylynn Anderson took second place in the 2021 Oklahoma Poetry Out Loud State Championship.
She performed the poems “Diameter” by Michelle Y. Burke, “We Are Not Responsible” by Harryette Mullen, and “In School-Days” by John Greenleaf Whittier.
Anderson, who is also the freshman class president, won a cash prize for both herself and the Lawton High School Library.
