Waterbury Police are asking for public help to locate an individual who was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run this past Saturday, severely injuring a pedestrian.
A little after 2 AM on Saturday, May 22, Waterbury Police responded to a report about a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in the area of Frost Road and Homestead Ave. Police say they were able to locate a 31-year-old female who was facing serious life threatening visible injuries due to being struck by the vehicle.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and was then transferred to another facility due to the severity of the injuries.
“We’re working hard to run that down,” Oconto County Sheriff Todd Skarban said Friday.
The man has been identified, but Skarban declined to release his name.
The sheriff’s office is waiting results of an autopsy, he said.
Deputies responded to a report received about 6:30 a.m. of a body found along Lade Beach Road near Rost Road, about 13 miles southwest of Oconto.

LITTLE SUAMICO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) An investigation is underway after a man was found dead alongside a road in Oconto County.
The Oconto County Sheriff tells FOX 11 a call was received shortly before 6:30 a.m. Monday of a deceased man near the intersection of Rost Road and Lade Beach Road in Little Suamico.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and Brown County Medical Examiner are investigating.
