After the year we’ve had it’s nice to finally be able to say 2021 is just around the corner. And that means it s almost time for New Year’s resolutions again. According to a 2019 report, 60% of Americans make them, but only 8% stick to them. So how do we become one of the 8%? Experts say the key is starting slow and offer these tips to “baby step” your way so your resolutions don’t come as such a shock on January 1st.
