R. 80 percent ami is not good and thats not the inclusionary that 12 percent go onsite the 15 percent is a low new i know that supervisor jane kim has done better we can be more inclusionary and have more inclusionary housing with a lower ami cut off no more than 50 percent of ami that helps not only the middleincome but the middleincome poor people are left out of the ami inflation but people that are working class might have a chance we have a Housing Trust fund a quarter of a Million Dollars that is u
