Davison Township posted a notice on its website noting that the issue will be removed from the Zoning Board of Appeals agenda. The rezoning, first considered on April 14 and then tabled, would have changed the area to residential multiple low-density housing, which would have cleared the way for Redwood to build nearly 50 townhouses. “NOTICE TO PUBLIC: Planning Commission - The rezoning case #16-RZ-93 Redwood Apartments LLC, Parcel 25-04-300-009 is withdrawing their application for rezoning that was submitted on February 22, 2021 and will be removed from the agenda,” a notice on the township website reads.
