The incident occurred at Lotus Boulevard, an upscale high-rise apartment in Sector 100, Noida. A video of the incident was shared on social media by a neighbour of the accused, following a massive uproar. The puppy has been rescued with multiple fractures in his rear left femur and now recuperating to his injuries in safe hands.
