Court Commissioner Rebecca Lovejoy found probable cause Wednesday, March 31, after hearing testimony from Superior Police Detective Christopher Moe, who was assigned to investigate the June 11, 2020, death of a woman identified only as the victim. Jeffery Paul Linder, 42, could face up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted for providing drugs that lead to the Superior woman s death.
