So far, there are no reported deaths at the Rigby Middle School shooting in Idaho.
However, two students and one adult suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Jefferson School District Superintendent Chad Martin spoke to the press about the shooting, saying: “Today we had the worst nightmare a school district could encounter. We had a school shooting here at Rigby Middle School.

RIGBY, Idaho (KIFI) - UPDATE 5:30 p.m. Idaho Falls Police and the Bonneville County Sheriff s Office are assisting the Jefferson County Sheriff s Office serving a search warrant at a residence in Idaho Falls relating to the Rigby Middle School shooting incident.
UPDATE 4:00 p.m. Jefferson County Sheriff Steve Anderson said at a press conference Thursday at approximately 9:08 a.m., a sixth-grade female student retrieved a handgun from her backpack and fired multiple rounds inside the school and out.
She injured two students and a school employee. Two victims were shot inside, and one was shot outside.

Three people were shot at a middle school in Idaho on Thursday (May 6) morning. Officers responded to an active shooter situation at Rigby Middle School at 9:15 a.m. and found two students and an adult custodian suffering from gunshot wounds.
Officials said they have been transported to the hospital, and their injuries are not considered life-threatening.

BREAKING: 3 Shot At Idaho Middle School
Rigby, ID – Two students and one custodian were shot by a student at Rigby Middle School on Thursday morning.
Jefferson County Sheriff Steve Anderson told East Idaho News that the shooter was in custody.
The school district hasn’t released any details yet other than to confirm there had been an “active shooter” incident on campus.
Idaho Falls Fire Department Spokeswoman Kerry Hammon confirmed to reporters that three victims had been transported by Ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, East Idaho News reported.
Hammon said all three people were in stable condition.
Multiple law enforcement agencies have responded to the scene to assist and the Rigby Middle School remained in lockdown as the buildings were search room-by-room, the East Idaho News reported.
