Second voluntary retirement incentive plan offered to CSU employees 18 May, 2021
Human Resources announced May 18 that a second voluntary retirement incentive plan is available to faculty, academic professional and classified staff. The second offering is being made available to help to address ongoing University budgetary and workforce challenges.
The second voluntary retirement incentive plan will provide a substantial and well-deserved financial incentive to those who meet the program’s criteria. As with the first offering, this second opportunity to participate in the incentive program is available to employees who:
• Have not previously initiated retirement with their department or Human Resources
• Are employees who are eligible for university benefits
CSU leaders address plans for Fall semester at two town halls 17 May, 2021

Colorado State University leaders hosted two town halls this month for faculty, staff, students and their families to learn more about the return to in-person learning and working in the fall.
At a May 7 session attended by more than 1,000 people on Zoom, President Joyce McConnell and members of her leadership team addressed a variety of topics, including how hybrid courses are being restored to face-to-face delivery and how student and employee vaccination records will be secured.
Provost and Executive Vice President Mary Pederson said CSU will return to primarily in-person teaching in the fall. The process has started with many large-capacity classes being restored to a completely in-person format, and departments have been submitting their course changes to the Office of the Registrar. She added that even if they are teaching face-to-face, faculty are encouraged
A few weeks ago, I was invited to observe a Family Constellations (FC) session by facilitator Robyn Fergus, who worked for Woolworths for 22 years as a planning manager in buying teams and then in IT before leaving it all behind after attending a Family Constellations session and opening up her own practice called Inner Peace Healing in Hout Bay, Cape Town.

Throughout his life which ended in 2019 Hellinger walked a number of paths, from practicing as a priest in the Catholic church to immersing himself in psychotherapy, spiritual and meditative practices, and educational didactic work during a 16-year stint as a missionary in rural KwaZulu-Natal in the 1970s and 1980s.
