Town Board members and certain town employees must take a training class on fair-housing rules each year. The town also must name one official or employee to be Chester s fair housing compliance officer, and post its fair housing policy and links to state and federal agencies on its website.

Valentine explained his move from New York to Kentucky was not a linear decision. After bouncing around the nation for business opportunities for his father, the Valentines eventually wound up in Bowling Green, Kentucky for a while.  “We got here at the end of my fourth grade year,” Valentine said. “I graduated high school in Bowling Green.”
