Gorakhpur: The first proposed government institute of hotel management of Uttar Pradesh will come up in Gorakhpur. The district administration has already located 5 acres of land for the institute at Agyan village in Pipraich area of the district. The institute will create several employment opportunities in Purvanchal. District Magistrate, Vijyendra Pandiyan gave the approval for the land and the institute will be constructed and operated by the tourism department.
