Subscriber only The Queensland Rugby League will hold an urgent meeting with clubs after an infamous alleged attack at a junior game which left a father hospitalised with his face floating around . Four men were charged over the alleged violent assault of Wynnum s Josh Jones at an Under-13 game between Wynnum Manly and Logan Brothers on May 9. The 35-year-old suffered two broken eye sockets, a fractured cheek and a broken nose. Brisbane father Josh Jones, who was left hospitalised after being allegedly assaulted at a junior rugby league game. While an independent QRL panel continues its investigations into the matter, a meeting to help support the clubs and their junior members will be held at QRL Headquarters later today.

Subscriber only Footage has emerged of a wild fight at a Brisbane junior rugby league game at the weekend that has left father Josh Jones needing facial surgery. Mr Jones suffered serious injuries during the fight at an Under-13s Division 1 game between Wynnum Manly and Logan Brothers at Kitchener Park in Wynnum on Sunday. The footage shows a fight between rival fans spill from the grandstands onto the playing field. The fight involves up to 20 adults with some children coming close to the violence. Spectators are heard screaming from the grandstand, with one woman shouting This is f king bulls t and another heard exclaiming they started it .
