SWG3 s plans for street art studios A GRAFFITI and street art hub could open at SWG3 after plans were submitted to the council. The arts and events company has asked for permission to develop the ‘Yardworks Studio’ – building on “the success of the annual Yardworks Festival”. Refurbished shipping containers and a two-storey main building would make up the Eastvale Place hub. “Yardworks Studio seeks to be more than just a home for graffiti art,” the plans state. It aspires “to be an inclusive community facility where people of all ages and abilities can participate in a wide range of street art and group endeavours”.
