Takeru Susanoh Vol #02 Manga Review

Plot twists and theatrical build-up are hampered only by a flat group of characters. Creative Staff Translation: Stephen Paul What They Say There is a legend that speaks of a powerful sword hidden and sealed in ‘Jagara-Mogara’. It is said that when the spirits of Light, Water, and Earth come together, the seal of this sword will be broken, and the sword will be immortalized. This is the sword of Susanoh. One Spring Night Hentai Manga Review

Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers): Originally serialized in Comic Kairakuten from the May 2021 installment, One Spring Night is a twenty-two-page story from creator Momoko, who has about two dozen other works on the service. This marked my second experience with them and since it was a new chapter in one of the latest magazines to get brought over as of this writing, it was a good opportunity to check out something new. I liked what I read of theirs before with the Scorcher story but wanted to see more of their material. This one worked a lot better for me as it felt more natural, better-paced, and a lot more erotic in a way that I didn’t quite expect.

Mamotte Shugogetten Vol #01 Manga Review

Adapted by: Liza Forbes What They Say One day, Tasuke, an average high school boy, receives a mysterious ring from his father. Much to his surprise, when he gazes into the dazzling jewel, a beautiful moon goddess appears–and she claims to be his protector! But having been locked away for a thousand years, she has a lot to learn about the modern world… You never know what will surprise her next in this story about a befuddled boy and his clueless goddess. The Review Contents: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers) A series doesn’t have to be original to be good; which fact is a lucky thing for Mamotte Shugogetten, because “original” is one of the last words you could use to describe it. It will remind readers who pick it up of one other series at least in its premise, and many other romantic comedies in its smaller details. Mamotte Shugogetten could have been good anyway. Unfortunately, it’s one of those books that often seems just about

Momo Tama Vol #01 Manga Review

What They Say Mythical Japanese hero Momotaro banished the ogres from their island home. Now their modern descendant Kokonose Mutsu is determined to reclaim his family’s birthright! Armed only with his dubious exorcist powers, his adorable face, and his enormous ego, the precocious pipsqueak sets out to reconquer the island, which has been turned into a military school for demon exterminators. These hardened soldiers are well prepared for any onslaught, but can they stop laughing at this ludicrous invader quickly enough to put up a fight? Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers): The first volume of Momo Tama isn’t all that bad a read. It’s got an interesting premise. It has a nice look, for the most part. It kept me moderately interested the whole time.

Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts Vol #12 Manga Review

What They Say With the battle won and Fenrir defeated, the return to normalcy should be just around the corner…but not all wounds are visible. Although Leonhart and his beloved, Sariphi, have overcome many trials together, fear for his queen’s safety and doubts about their future are wearing away at the king’s heart. Can Sariphi soothe his pain before he does Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers): The first half of this volume is essentially a wrap-up of the battle against Fenrir. Leo has recovered, and normalcy has returned to Ozmargo. And with Sari safely back, we get a warm and fuzzy moment when Leo replaces Sari’s broken ring. However, Tomofuji-sensei quickly replaces the romance with humor when Sari and Lante encounter a platypus folk who’s come to the capitol for Leo’s victory procession. It’s mostly comic silliness between Sari, Lante, and the platypus, but Sari does get the opportunity to endear herself yet another beas
