The
Government of Barbados has updated its travel protocols required for entry to the country as it continues to manage the ongoing
COVID-19 pandemic and protect its citizens and visitors alike. As a result, due to the global on-going vaccination process, there have been a few changes to the quarantine and COVID-19 testing processes.
Fully Vaccinated Travelers
AstraZeneca,
Pfizer-BioNTech and
Johnson & Johnson vaccinations for entry into Barbados and effective May 8, 2021. Travelers who are considered to be fully vaccinated are required to:
Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result three days prior to travel
Provide a vaccination certificate on arrival to Barbados

With her new Bahamas Escapes cruises,
Crystal Serenity becomes the first ship to homeport in the Bahamas, as well as the first ocean ship to sail from the Americas since the cruise industry’s voluntary halt in operations almost a year ago.

Belize is now allowing vaccinated travelers to enter the county without having to present a negative
COVID-19 test. The new health order, which became effective at the end of February, states that travelers who enter Belize through the airport and provide proof of COVID-19 immunization are no longer required to present a negative test result for entry. For instance, vaccinated travelers can present the
COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card as proof that the vaccine has been administered at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Non-vaccinated travelers are still required to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 96 hours (four days) of travel or a negative rapid Antigen test taken within 48 hours of travel to Belize. If passengers fail to present a negative PCR or antigen test, one will be performed at the airport at the traveler’s expense of $50. Additionally, Belize’s
