Moylan shares shipping vehicle weight limit bill with Rotarians

On Wednesday, Sen. James Moylan met with business leaders of the Northern Rotary Club of Guam to discuss a bill that would amend Public Law No. 33-106, which established weight, size and load requirements for shipping vehicles.
Proposed Bill 83 would designate Routes 1, 8, 11 and 16 as designated haul-road highways with higher load standards. It would also alter load requirements on non-haul roads and recognize the use of additional axles on trucks to better distribute haul weight.
