This article appears in Spring 2021: Issue No. 61 of Edible Brooklyn. Good Vodka Gives You Permission Illustrations by Patti Blau “I dread that question!” laughs Mark Byrne, co-founder of Good Liquorworks, the distillery behind Good Vodka.
