Campbell Co. teenager located in South Carolina
A Campbell County teenager who was reported missing yesterday afternoon has been located safely. The AWARE foundation – which tracks missing persons says 15-year-old Madeline Ann Hubbard was located in South Carolina. The man she was with – 21-year-old Derek Thomas Ferguson is under arrest.
