In a press release, the Society said, “It’s an aspirational aim, but we’re sure we can do it – with your help. For one thing, with our virtual walk format, we are able to reach everyone in Canada, no matter where they live. The virtual format allows participants to walk in their own neighbourhoods – geographically separate, but united in spirit.”
