Out of the crop of competitiors, only a handful of women will go home with a crown, a title, and a chance to represent the country on the international pageant circuit. The Miss World Philippines organization holds the franchise for 8 international pageants – the most out of any major local pageant. These are the titles at stake:  Miss World Philippines Currently held by Michelle Dee who was crowned in 2019, Miss World Philippines is arguably the biggest title up for grabs on coronation night.
