MEMPHIS, Tenn. Southwest Tennessee Community College officials announced during a virtual Town Hall Forum for faculty and staff yesterday a full return to campus for Fall 2021. After 13 months of primarily remote learning, officials said the College’s Back to Campus Plan – Phase IV focuses on getting students and employees safely back for in-person learning and campus operations in accordance with Health Department and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
Police said Christophe Woodard was driving erratically in northeast Memphis early Thursday morning when officers responded.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. Memphis Police said an officer was injured while trying to arrest a suspect who had been driving erratically.
It happened about 2:45 a.m. Thursday morning. Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle bear Sycamore View and Macon Cove, where they found a driver – later identified as Christophe Woodard – driving erratically with the driver side door open.
The officers said Woodard refused to stop and sped off, almost running over one officer. They said Woodard drove in circles in the intersection, then took off again. The officers said Woodard then stopped, and they got out to talk to him, but he took off again.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Police say a reckless driver nearly hit multiple officers overnight as they tried to stop his car, and one officer ended up in the hospital.
It started with a report of a suspicious vehicle near Sycamore View Road and Macon Cove. Police say several officers saw the suspect, Christophe Woodard, driving erratic with the driver’s side door open.
