The Daily Journal of Commerce has announced its Building Diversity honorees for 2021. The recognition and education program celebrates and examines diversity, equity and inclusion within the local building industry and environment. The following companies, organizations, projects, initiatives and individuals are being recognized.
GeoEngineers. The firm “has developed a robust inclusive contracting program that offers opportunities, support and partnerships with COBID firms,” according to the nomination.
Perlo Construction. The firm “has a long history of providing opportunities to the COBID community,” and “through the leadership of Todd Duwe … has played a major role in offering development support and education,” according to the nomination.
