Manmohan Singh has been discharged from hospital after recovering from Covid-19.
Singh (88) was admitted to Delhi s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) with mild fever on April 19, after he tested positive for Covid-19.
He had taken the two doses of Covid-19 vaccine on March 4 and April 3.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggesting five ways the government can fight the pandemic amid surge in Covid-19 cases. In his letter, the former Prime Minister stressed that the expansion of Covid vaccination programme big part of pandemic management.

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was discharged on Thursday from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi after recovering from Covid-19.
The veteran Congress leader was admitted to AIIMS after testing positive for coronavirus on April 19.
