Robert Auguste, of the 1900 of West Tilghman Street, was arraigned before District Judge David Howells Jr. on two counts of carrying a firearm without a license, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and 14 counts of recklessly endangering another person, records show. He was housed in Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled 2:30 p.m. May 21 before District Judge Rashid Santiago, records show.

Patrol officers from the First Platoon administered first aid to the victim, including a tourniquet to his bleeding arm, and he survived serious wounds to that arm, his back and chest, police said. He was listed as stable in an area hospital. Within minutes of the stabbing, police had Evader Floyd Theus, of the same block, in custody, a news release said.

Hunter J. Hunsicker was arraigned Thursday night on felony counts of theft and receiving stolen property, plus seven other charges, and sent to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. Hunsicker, whose address is listed in court records as an apartment in the 2200 block of Hamilton Street in Allentown, told Pennsylvania State Police after he was caught that he was homeless and took the truck when he saw it running and unoccupied shortly before 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke’s Hospital-Allentown Campus, 1736 Hamilton St., according to court records.
