Allentown man quickly arrested after stabbing another man, police say

A 23-year-old Allentown man is facing two counts of aggravated assault after stabbing a 26-year-old man during a dispute just after noon Thursday in the 200 block of South Ott Street, city police report.
Patrol officers from the First Platoon administered first aid to the victim, including a tourniquet to his bleeding arm, and he survived serious wounds to that arm, his back and chest, police said. He was listed as stable in an area hospital.
Within minutes of the stabbing, police had Evader Floyd Theus, of the same block, in custody, a news release said.
