Islamabad Police on Monday arrested 26 persons after sealing a snooker club over violation of lock-down orders, issued by the local administration to contain further spread of coronavirus during Eid-Ul-Fitr holidays
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2021 ) :IslamabadPolice on Monday arrested 26 persons after sealing a snooker club over violation of lock-down orders, issued by the local administration to contain further spread of coronavirus during Eid-Ul-Fitr holidays.
Capital police was assisting the local administration in implementation of the lock-down orders, a news release said.
Following the orders, magistrate Sohail Abbas Bhatti, SDPO(Margalla) Malik Bashir, and SHO KarachiCompany Muhammad Asif, arrested 26 persons present at the snooker club and sealed the premises. A case has been registered against the nabbed person and further investigation underw

Islamabad: Islamabad Police have arrested 26 persons besides sealing a snooker club over violation of the lockdown orders, said the police officials on Monday. According to the details, the police have been striving hard to implement the orders issued by the Capital city administration so as to contain the spread of coronavirus in the city.
On the directions of SSP (Investigation) Syed Mustafa Tanveer, SP Sadar Zone held a meeting with the concerned officials and asked them to implement the SOPs on Covid-19 in letter and spirit.
Magistrate Sohail Abbas Bhatti, SDPO (Margalla) Malik Bashir, and SHO Karachi Company Muhammad Asif, acting upon the directions, arrested 26 persons present at the snooker club and also sealed the premises. Chaudhry Masood had complained about Ghauri Town management during Monday s interactive session with Imran Khan

A man, who had accused Ghauri Town management of land grabbing during an interactive session via telephone with Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday, was found involved in land seizing himself, an investigation revealed.
After the premier s directives, the Islamabad police launched an inquiry on the complaint of Chaudhry Masood against the Ghauri Town management.
The inquiry revealed that Masood himself had obtained Rs410 million in cash and commercial and residential plots costing over Rs700 million from the Ghauri Town management. However, refused to transfer the land to the management.
