Construction firm Naylor Love will deliver the co-location of Marlborough Boys College and Marlborough Girls College on the current girls college and Bohally Intermediate School site, on McLauchlan St in Blenheim.
The building company to deliver Marlborough’s long-awaited co-located colleges project has been appointed, but the time-frame and final costs are yet to be nailed down. Naylor Love, New Zealand s largest privately-owned commercial construction company, has been appointed by the Government to take charge of the three schools’ rebuild and relocation. The project, estimated at more than $100 million, will see Marlborough Boys’ and Girls’ Colleges relocated on the site currently occupied by the girls college and Bohally Intermediate. The intermediate will be rebuilt on the current boys’ college site.
