Martin County’s top health official is urging everyone to get vaccinated after seeing an uptick in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations since the July 4th holiday. “We are starting to see a rise in COVID-19 cases, the past 11 days were averaging about 32 cases a day, and we are only a third through the month of July so that is somewhat concerning, says Carol Anne Vitani, Martin County Health Officer.Vitani said the county saw 321 new COVID-19 cases throughout the month of June.
