Markos Hemphill, 32, of 655 Broad St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call, threatening and possession of marijuana.
Eric Malloy, 38, of 15 Strosberg St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal mischief.
Cory J. Fitzgerald, 28, of 180 N. Hawthorne Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with a 911 call.
Carrie Duddie, 42, of 404 Scotland Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, failure to grant right of way and driving with a suspended license.
