Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a missing person in Cogan House Township.
Nila Ross, 82, of Cogan House Township was last seen in her home at around 1:30 a.m. Feb. 15, according to the Montoursville State Police.
Ross is an 82-year-old white female who is five feet and five inches tall, weighs 100 pounds and has blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a checkered black/gray jacket, a black heated vest, blue jeans, one blue snow boot and one sneaker.
“Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused,” state police said.
As rescue crews search the area, state police encourage anyone with information on where Ross could be to contact state police by either calling 911 or (570) 368-5700.

Four people from New Jersey were arrested on drug charges following a pursuit by Montoursville State Police Jan. 20.
Arrested were Kevin Echevarria, 25, Fredeswinda Echevarria, 24, and Shayna Castellano, 20, all of Camden, and Jesus Izquierdo, 30, of Woolrich.
Police reported they were conducting a traffic stop of the vehicle and proceeding with a consent search when the vehicle sped away.
During the pursuit, suspected cocaine was thrown from the vehicle on three separate occasions, according to police.
The pursuit ended after the vehicle was stopped by spike strips.
All four occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and committed to the Lycoming County Prison for possession with intent to deliver and related charges.
