Four people from New Jersey were arrested on drug charges following a pursuit by Montoursville State Police Jan. 20.
Arrested were Kevin Echevarria, 25, Fredeswinda Echevarria, 24, and Shayna Castellano, 20, all of Camden, and Jesus Izquierdo, 30, of Woolrich.
Police reported they were conducting a traffic stop of the vehicle and proceeding with a consent search when the vehicle sped away.
During the pursuit, suspected cocaine was thrown from the vehicle on three separate occasions, according to police.
The pursuit ended after the vehicle was stopped by spike strips.
All four occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and committed to the Lycoming County Prison for possession with intent to deliver and related charges.
Pedestrian dies after being struck on Route 519 in Warren County

George Harman, 56, was walking in the 100 block of Route 519 when he was struck at about 6:12 a.m. by a Honda Element driven by Kevin Echevarria, 62, of Belvidere, state police said.
Harman was fatally injured in the crash, which occurred near Windtryst Way and across from the campus that includes the Wayne Dumont Jr. Administration Building and Warren County Correctional Center, troopers said.
Echevarria was the only person in the Honda and was uninjured, state police said.
Route 519 was closed as emergency personnel responded. It reopened a little before 9 a.m.
