Project developer Flatwater Cos. can add another 400 units to the development, which would also include a surf pool and 13-acre lake feature alongside retail, office and restaurant space. The development would be built on 105 acres at 13400 Genito Road, and 2500, 2601 and 2991 Genito Place. The board’s approval of amendments to a previously OK’d rezoning application allows the surf pool’s construction as an alternative to a white-water course as well as the additional housing units and other changes.
