Last Updated Tuesday, May 4, 2021 8:53PM EDT A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed multiple times at Royal York Station Tuesday. Toronto police were called to the Line 2 station at Bloor Street and Royal York Road in Etobicoke just before 4 p.m. In a tweet, the TTC said there was a security incident on board a train. However police later told CP24 that the incident occurred on platform level. Toronto Paramedic Services said they transported one person to the hospital via emergency run and that he was in critical condition. Toronto police said the victim is a man and that he was stabbed multiple times.

Toronto Police are investigating a series of break and enters in the Junction Triangle area.
Police say four businesses were broken into over the past weekend near Dundas and Bloor Street West.
Pascal Vernhes is the owner of one of the impacted businesses, Le Baritan, and says his phone rang just after 3:00 a.m Saturday morning his alarm monitoring system company was alerting him that something had happened.
