Toronto building that s an enclave for artists and creators is facing redevelopment

Toronto building that s an enclave for artists and creators is facing redevelopment A proposed three-tower condo development threatens to demolish a unique live-work artist community in Toronto. The condo and rental development would include three residential towers on two podiums with a total of 892 residential units, according to an application submitted to the city.
