My Order: My daughter had the Chicken Fried Rice ($10.95) and an order of eggrolls with peanut sauce ($3.75). I had the Three Flavor Fish ($10.95), a delightful amalgam of flaky fish chunks with ginger, onion and pineapple served over white rice.
Likes: Back in the day, we d gather regularly at Magic Kitchen, our party gladly biding our time in the waiting room until a table became available at the popular north end restaurant. Its BYOB policy and the opportunity to commune with other Thai food enthusiasts made it feel like an occasion. This time we got carryout, so the food had to stand separate from the experience. And it s just as good as I remember. The Three Flavor Fish was always my go-to, and despite my firm belief that pineapple does not belong on pizza, it certainly has a home in this dish.

Now, many people are catching on to the notion that certain eating styles have the potential to influence disease prevention, too, not to mention influence quality of life, health, and longevity.
