Delhi-NCR wakes up to rain, thunderstorms; IMD predicts more showers

Parts of the National Capital Region (NCR), including Delhi, Gurugram and Gurugram witnessed moderate to heavy rainfall on Tuesday morning.
The India Meteorological Department said, “Thunderstorms with moderate to heavy intensity rain will continue to occur over many places of southwest Delhi, New Delhi, East Delhi, Shahdara, Preet Vihar, Central Delhi, northeast Delhi, South Delhi, southwest Delhi, Gurugram, Manesar.” Scattered thunderstorms may continue till Wednesday, said a weather department spoke
