SCOTT SNOWDEN: Brandon Devine, George Weir and I opened last year around Memorial Day.
MNA: What inspired you to open your business?
SNOWDEN: The three of us got together in the early days of the pandemic and since there were a lot of places that were closed down we put together all of our experience and knowledge in the kitchen and running restaurants and decided to run a food trailer. That turned into getting a building right next to Dublin General Store.
