Manistee County adds 2 new COVID-19 cases

MANISTEE Manistee County has had 1,117 cases of COVID-19 and 19 deaths, as of the most recent data from Tuesday s update provided by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
There has been two new cases and no new deaths in the county since Monday. This is an increase of seven cases since June 4.
The state shows 559 of the cases in the county listed as female, 550 were listed as male and eight as unknown.

LANSING As the summer heats up and people begin flocking to Great Lakes beaches, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources urges everyone to keep water and pier safety in mind.
