(File photo) MANISTEE COUNTY The Manistee County Board of Commissioners will discuss updates to the county’s strategic plan during their regular monthly meeting on July 20. Initially enacted in 2014, the previous plan expired in 2019. The strategic plan provides long-term guidance and establishes priorities for decision makers in the county. County Treasurer Rachel Nelson will deliver her second quarter report to the board, which will also hear an annual report from Networks Northwest chief executive officer Matt McCauley.
