Tulsa police officers are searching for a group of thieves they said stole of thousands of dollars worth of fireworks from multiple stores.
Surveillance video from Thursday morning showed a group of thieves breaking into a trailer full of fireworks belonging to the store, stealing as much as they could before running away.
Store manager Brent McClure said thieves try to burglarize the store every year around the Fourth of July but said this group is taking it to another level. It feels like a violation to you, McClure said. It s something that you never really want to happen. Here, it s happened more than what we liked to, you know, think about.

Construction will kick off this summer at two Portola Valley schools, funded by a $49.5 million bond measure passed in 2018.
Portola Valley School District officials held virtual community meetings last week to answer questions about the upcoming Measure Z renovations, repairs and construction of new classroom buildings at Ormondale and Corte Madera schools.
Ormondale should be ready for students around August 2022, and Corte Madera is set to be complete around December 2022, said Adam Lint, director of bond and facilities for the district during one of the meetings.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - One area school district is receiving state recognition for itâs efforts in educating young students during the early months of the pandemic.
Amarillo ISD received itâs first ever Emmy for the âSecret Classroomâ.
The goal behind the âSecret Classroomâ television series was to help reach younger students who donât have devices or WiFi.
On top of doing that, the series has also won a regional Emmy and could be paving the way for the future.
