TPD Searching For Suspects Connected To Stealing Thousands Of Dollars Worth Of Fireworks

By: Johnny Resendiz TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa police officers are searching for a group of thieves they said stole of thousands of dollars worth of fireworks from multiple stores.  Surveillance video from Thursday morning showed a group of thieves breaking into a trailer full of fireworks belonging to the store, stealing as much as they could before running away.   Store manager Brent McClure said thieves try to burglarize the store every year around the Fourth of July but said this group is taking it to another level. It feels like a violation to you, McClure said. It s something that you never really want to happen. Here, it s happened more than what we liked to, you know, think about.

Portola Valley School District officials held virtual community meetings last week to answer questions about the upcoming Measure Z renovations, repairs and construction of new classroom buildings at Ormondale and Corte Madera schools. Ormondale should be ready for students around August 2022, and Corte Madera is set to be complete around December 2022, said Adam Lint, director of bond and facilities for the district during one of the meetings.
