Most of us will probably never get the chance to own something like an Aston Martin DB6 or a Ferrari 250 GT. But, as Bloomberg reports, a company in England is willing to make those big dreams come true, albeit in a smaller form.

A company called Little Car Co. builds actual operating scale models of classic cars. Working out of an old aircraft hangar in Oxfordshire, England, a small team of 25 hand builds every model. These aren’t just some run-of-the-mill, rich people toys. These are sophisticated, drivable (not street legal of course) models. Think of them as being a few steps above a go-kart in terms of sophistication and features, but still below a golf car and full-on car as far as speed and legality go.

Mercedes ultra-luxurious Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 is built not in Germany, but in Vance, Alabama.
The factory in Alabama is the brand s only non-union plant.
Alabama directly sponsors specific and ongoing job training to ensure its workers are up to the job.
The new Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 is an exercise in profligacy, rimed in chrome, Napa leather, and two-tone paint. It has an exclusive perfume, atomized through its ventilation system. It can be ordered with a champagne fridge, and silver flutes.
But this ultra-luxury SUV, which starts at $160,000, is not like every other range-topping Maybach-branded vehicle before it built in the flagship Sindelfingen plant, near Mercedes global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. It is built in Vance, Alabama, a small town between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa.
