00:28 EDT, 7 July 2021 Shocking footage has captured the moment a woman rammed her car into a police vehicle after allegedly trying to run over a pedestrian minutes earlier. The 60-year-old woman was seen driving her blue car erratically on the wrong side of the street near Princes Wharf in Auckland at about 8am on Wednesday morning. Officers chased the car on foot and shouted at the woman to stop before she sped off down the street. She then performed a U-turn and drove straight back into the parked police vehicle, smashing the passenger side window. The woman was then dragged out of her car and arrested before being charged with assault with a weapon and driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner.
