Citizens of Prague and visitors to the Czech capital can now be vaccinated against COVID-19 without prior registration in a mobile vaccination centre known as the “vaccine bus” set up by the Prague City Hall.
“The bus will stop at places that are frequently visited or at important events,” said Mayor Zdeněk Hřib (Pirates). This will include about a dozen places, including the Prague Zoo.
It will be possible to vaccinate up to 300 people a day in the vehicle, which was lent free of charge by the Prague Public Transit Company. The bus will offer the two-dose Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines as well as one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
