Magistrates imposed a two-year community order with a 32-day relationships course, 80 hours unpaid work and 20 days rehabilitation activities.
Ian McDonald, 46, of Southwood Road, Hayling Island, admitted drink-driving in Church Road, Hayling Island, on June 6 last year.
A breath test revealed he had 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35.
He admitted failing to turn up at court on April 13.
Magistrates imposed a nine-month community order with six-month alcohol treatment requirement and 15 days rehabilitation activities.
He was banned from driving for 23 months.

Man with flick knife jailed for violent domestic incident A SOUTHAMPTON man carrying a flick knife tried to break into a woman s home. Max Keith Amey tried to force himself into a woman s home in Botley Drive, Havant. During the same incident, the 24-year-old of Foundry Lane attacked a police officer and damaged a window. He was charged with using violence for securing entry, assaulting an emergency worker, and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was also charged with possessing a flick knife in a public place without lawful excuse.

Stock image: M27 motorway A WOMAN has been landed with costs and fines of more than £500 after speeding on a Hampshire motorway. Robyn Kathleen Williams was clocked speeding at 67mph through the roadworks on the M27. She had been driving a Renault Megane on the eastbound carriageway between junctions four and five near Eastleigh. There is a 50mph speed limit in place while the carriageway is transformed into a smart motorway. Williams was found guilty of speed at Portsmouth Magistrates Court and was fined £180 The 33-year-old of Fyning Street, Portsmouth, must pay £300 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

Stock image: Drink driving A SOUTHAMPTON man has been laned with a £200 fine and banned from the roads for drink driving. Kevin Alexander was stopped driving a Nissan Juke on Tanners Lane in Fareham. When breathalysed, the 48-year-old of Schooner Way, gave a reading of 92mgs. The legal limit is just 35mgs, making him more than two and a half times the limit. He pleaded guilty to the offence which happened on February 4 this year. Appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court he was fined £200 and disqualified from driving for 23 months. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
